Perfume – My two all time favourite perfumes
No matter what perfumes I buy, I always go back to the same two every single time. I think I’ve probably religiously used these for 3 years and can’t help but repurchasing them again and again. Don’t get me wrong, I probably have about 5/6 more other perfumes that are still beaut smelling but if I had to use two forever it would be these two.
I have a thing for sweet and musky scents, which is why I love Alien and I also love long lasting scents. Is it just me or does guys aftershave seem to last forever but we have to carry around perfumes to reapply. I know if you can’t smell your perfume it’s meant to suit you, but I always like to reapply mine half way through the day or if I’m going back out in the evening.
Crazily enough, Christmas is so so close now. So I am thinking about gifts already, if I leave them last minute it will be a nightmare again. These two perfumes are something I’ve never found someone who didn’t like them, so I do always think they come in handy for a safe gift for someone too!
Thierry Mugler Alien
Alien comes in a few different variations, I recently grabbed the refillable bottle as I like the concept of not wasting the bottle. So when my bottle runs out I can get it refilled again at The Fragrance Shop! The non-refillable bottles are actually cheaper, but I’d rather grab this one. It’s also not too expensive to refill the bottles too. (They recently released Aura too, which I need to try).
Notes: Jasmine, Cashmeran Wood and White Amber.
Giorgio Armarni Si
I’ve used the variations of this and Si Intense for a few years now and it’s literally my all time favourite special occasion fragrance. It’s not the cheapest, but I tend to keep it for special occasions. It has such a sweet and light scent that’s not too over powering and has good longevity like Alien.
Notes: Bergamot, Vanilla, Jasmine and Woody Notes.
